Love in Action can Change the World

Vision: We are a powerful, fearless force, driven by God’s love and united in sisterhood. With a focus on women, children and youth, we act for justice and transform communities.
Mission: We seek to connect and nurture women through Christian Spiritual formation, leadership development, creative fellowship and education so that they can influence and impact local and global communities.
Fellowship: We are bold women in faith: We come in all shapes and sizes. We come in different ages and stages of life. We bring our hearts, our hurts, our hopes and our faith to the caring fellowship circle that is the United Women in Faith.

PAST GATHERINGS / PROJECTS

UMCOR Flood Buckets — The United Methodist Women (UMW) completed a Mission Project of filling 50 Flood Buckets for United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) and transported to the Church’s Annual Conference. The UMW thanks the congregation for their generous support of the Flood Bucket Project.  These buckets helped clean and beautify homes affected by floods.  Extra funds collected for the project were turned over to the Church’s Risk Taking Mission.

She opens her hand to the poor and reaches out her hands to the needy. She is not afraid of snow for her household, for all her household are clothed in scarlet. Proverbs 31:20-21
